Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Tampico Citrus Punch
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid. Shake to combine the ingredients.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- For a delicious salad, toss dressing with baby spinach, sliced strawberries, feta cheese and slivered almonds.
