Ingredients
- ¾ cup Tampico Citrus Punch
- 2lbs skirt steak or chicken
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Combine the ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
- Let rest for 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Grill the meat over medium heat, flipping occasionally until the meat reaches 160°F.
